Our lab presented a platform presentation at this year’s fantastic Advances in Motor Learning and Motor Control Conference, a satellite event of the Society for Neuroscience Annual Meeting.
In our contribution, Matthias Baumann gave a great talk on the topic of sensory tuning in neuronal movement commands. He described a very intriguing new discovery that we recently made about the superior colliculus (SC), a brain structure thought to control rapid eye movements.
The work behind Matthias’ talk is described in a recent pre-print from our lab, which can be read in full here.
