We have two presentations at this year’s annual Vision Sciences Society meeting. In one, Chen describes his neuronal results, and in the other, Tian continues developing his interesting modeling work.
Chen and Tian published an article in the Journal of Neuroscience. In their article, Chen and Tian reviewed an interesting paper on microsaccades by Shlomit Yuval-Greenberg, Eli Merriam, and David Heeger, which was also published in the Journal of Neuroscience.
Chen presents his research results at this year’s society for neuroscience conference.
Our students are participating in the graduate student neuroscience conference of Tuebingen.
We had the fourth CIN-NIPS joint symposium during this week, in which colleagues from the NIPS in Okazaki, Japan visited. CIN and NIPS faculty gave talks, and there were also poster sessions and laboratory visits.
Ziad speaks at the Japanese Neuroscience Society Annual Meeting. The speech is in a special symposium titled “Network of Attention in Human and Macaqueâ€, co-organized by our collaborator in Japan, Dr. Masatoshi Yoshida. Other speakers include Dr. Wim Vanduffel and Dr. Katsuyuki Sakai.
Chen and Tian each present their work at the Bernstein Conference on Computational Neuroscience. Tian describes modeling work on microsaccade and saccade timing. Chen presents physiological results from superior colliculus.
Ziad speaks at the NeuroBridges workshop in Gottingen, Germany.
Welcome to our new lab member and PhD student, Joachim Bellet.
